Blue Beacon Truck Wash of Monee, IL

Jeremy Lynch a month ago

Paid to get my trailer cleaned out after driving 40 mins to get there for extremely poor service and bad attitudes. After spending $82 dollars for a washout it literally looks as if they stood in the back of the trailer and just sprayed water to give the appearance of cleaning. Even the inside of the trailer doors still were dirty upon opening them. Ive been a loyal customer to blue beacon for years but their service has tanked drastically over the last year or so.

I paid $63 for a truck wash. Just look at how nicely they washed the outside, but the rest of the truck didn't even get touched by the water. When I asked if they could wash it again, they told me they couldn't because I didn't inspect it first. How was I supposed to inspect it when they were spraying it with such high pressure? I ended up wasting $63, an hour of my time waiting, and still got a poor-quality wash. Very disappointing.

Took an hour for a simple trailer wash out. Tends to be busy here. Not bad, not great. Four stars.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed With the Service at Blue Beacon Monee, IL I have been a loyal Blue Beacon customer for years, but my experience at the Monee, Illinois location was by far the worst truck wash I have ever received. The biggest issue was the complete lack of attention and customer service from the supervisor, John. When I arrived, I clearly explained the services I wanted included in my wash. However, when it came time to check out, I discovered additional services had been added to my ticket that I never requested, increasing my bill by approximately $30. Whether this was due to poor communication or simply not paying attention to the customer’s requests, neither is acceptable. As a supervisor, I expect a much higher level of professionalism and accuracy. What made the situation even more frustrating was the quality of the wash itself. During the process, I specifically pointed out several areas on my truck that needed additional attention. Rather than addressing those concerns, John either ignored my requests altogether or made excuses about why those areas would not be cleaned. A customer should not have to repeatedly ask for obvious dirt, grime, and road buildu

This is ridiculous! My trailer was finished ±20 minutes ago. I am paying for a trailer wash, not for your employees to clean their own facility! I told you the job was done, but you kept the clock running while they were washing the floor. I’m not paying for your maintenance time!
